Here at the Disability Support in the North website we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone facing the challenge of any form of disability has full access to all the support they require in order to be able to live meaningful lives and make the most of the opportunities that are out there for them.

We hope to provide information and resources on all the range of support available not just to them, but also to any family and carers they may have, so that all affected may lead full, happy lives and be able to make the most of the help that is out there for them.
Government disability provision and support is available to all, but realising this and getting access to it can sometimes be a struggle.
