Welcome to the Disability Support in the North website. Our website has been set up in order to help people that face the challenge of disability everyday of their lives.

We hope to provide information and resources on all the range of support available not just to them, but also to any family and carers they may have, so that all affected may lead full, happy lives and be able to make the most of the help that is out there for them.

Government disability provision and support is available to all, but realising this and getting access to it can sometimes be a struggle.
